What QortexOS does
QortexOS connects to the systems your business already runs and presents one shared picture of how the business is doing.
QortexOS is a subscription platform for managed service providers, built by Qualsis. It connects to the systems you already run, reads the operating data those systems hold, and presents that data back to you as screens and signals about the health of the business.
You do not type your numbers into QortexOS. You connect the systems that already hold them.
What it connects to
QortexOS connects to the kinds of systems an MSP already runs day to day:
- Professional services automation (PSA), for tickets, time, and agreements
- Remote monitoring and management (RMM), for endpoints and devices
- Accounting, for revenue, costs, and receivables
- CRM, for clients and pipeline
- HR and payroll, for headcount and compensation
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT), for client feedback
Each configured connection is called a connector. See Supported systems for the systems you can choose from.
The basic loop
Getting value out of QortexOS follows the same four beats, in order.
- Create your account. You pick a plan, enter your details, pay, and verify your email address.
- Connect your systems. You set up a connector for each system you want QortexOS to read.
- Run your syncs. Each sync run pulls data from its system into QortexOS.
- Read your screens. The screens that depend on synced data work from what your syncs have brought in.
Nothing in step 4 happens before step 3. That is the single most useful thing to know about a new account.
Confirming that data arrived
Connector Health, under Data Platform in the sidebar, is the screen that shows your connectors and their sync runs. When you want to know whether data is flowing, that is the place to look, not the figures on any single screen.
Screens state how current their figures are, so you always know the age of a number. On Home, the five signal cards read Awaiting data.
