Manage your team

Manage your team

Where to add people to your organization, set what they can reach, and keep member records current.

Everyone who signs in to QortexOS has an account in your organization and holds one or more roles. Roles decide what each person can see and do. Team management lives on a single screen in the portal, and each member has a separate settings page they control themselves.

Where team management lives

In the sidebar, open Settings, then Tenant Settings, then Users. The screen is titled User Management and carries the line "Manage your team's accounts, roles, and invitations."

What you see depends on your role and your subscription.

What the Users screen offers

Four counts sit across the top of the screen: Team members, Active accounts, Pending invitations, and Roles in use. A count that cannot be loaded shows Not available in place of a number.

Below that is the Team members table, with the columns Name, Email, Roles, Status, Last sign-in, and Actions. A few details are worth knowing before you read it:

  • Your own row carries a You badge.
  • Roles shows one label per assigned role, or No roles if none are assigned yet.
  • Status is either Active or Inactive.
  • Last sign-in shows Never for someone who has not signed in yet.

The table is paged rather than sorted. Use Rows per page and the Previous and Next controls at the foot of the table to move through a longer list.

Beside the table sits Invitations, the list of every address you have invited and where each one stands. On a narrow screen it moves behind an envelope button labeled Open invitations.

Row actions appear only where your role allows them. Someone with view-only access to this screen sees the table and the invitation list without Edit, Roles, Deactivate, or Reactivate.

Each member's own account settings

Personal settings are separate from team management. Each member has an Account Settings screen holding their profile and four personal preferences; see Your account settings. Sign-in credentials stay with the member: nobody, including an administrator, can change another person's email address or password from the Users screen.
