How QortexOS screens are laid out, what the figures on them mean, how fresh they are, and where they come from.
QortexOS screens follow the same shape wherever you land: summary cards at the top, a line stating how current the figures are, a table or list in the middle, and often an activity feed alongside. Learn that shape once and every screen reads the same way. This section covers how to read the figures on those screens: what each one counts, the period it covers, how recent it is, and what a blank means.
What this section covers
Reading a screen walks through the shared anatomy: the summary cards, the emphasis QortexOS puts on items that need attention, the main table and its controls, the activity feed, and the way each figure states its own time window. It also covers blanks, and what QortexOS says when a figure is computed from some of your records rather than all of them.

Where the numbers come from is the short, plain answer: every figure is computed from your organization's own synced data, definitions sit next to the number on screen, and some figures are modeled and move as new data arrives.
Before you read a single figure
Numbers only exist once data has arrived. If you have not connected a source system yet, most screens are empty or say they are waiting on data. Start with How data gets into QortexOS and Run your first sync.
