Tour the portal
Find your way around the sidebar, the header controls, and the Home screen.
The QortexOS portal has the same shape on every screen: a sidebar down the left for navigation, a header across the top for display controls, and the screen itself in the middle. This page explains each part.
The sidebar
The sidebar lists the areas of the product, in this order.

| Vendors | Vendor relationships, spend, renewals, and license use. |
| Workforce | Compensation and hiring. |
| Data Platform | Your connectors, the syncs they run, and the quality of the data they bring in. |
| Settings | Your organization's configuration, your team, your subscription, and your own preferences. |
What you see depends on your role and your subscription.
Each section is an accordion, not a link. Selecting one expands it to show the screens inside; it never navigates anywhere by itself. Only one section is open at a time, and the section holding the screen you are on opens itself when you move around. Inside an open section, screens are gathered under headings so a long list stays readable.
You can collapse the sidebar to a narrow strip of icons. In that state, selecting a section icon opens its list beside the strip instead of pushing the page across. On a small screen the sidebar becomes a panel titled Navigation.
Your organization
The top of the sidebar shows the name of the organization you are signed in to. If your account covers more than one, that name becomes a menu: open it and pick the one you want, and the portal reloads into it. The one you are currently in is ticked. If your account covers just one, it is a plain row with nothing to select.
The account menu
At the foot of the sidebar sits your own name and, behind it, a menu with these entries:
- Account opens your account settings. It appears only if you have access to that screen.
- Tenants lists the organizations your account covers, when there is more than one. It does the same thing as the switcher at the top of the sidebar.
- Help, Privacy, and Terms open in a new tab.
- Log out ends your session and returns you to the sign-in page.
The header
The header carries the sidebar toggle, a breadcrumb trail showing where you are, and two display controls on the right.
- Toggle theme switches the portal between Light, Dark, and System. System follows whatever your operating system is set to.
- Change language switches the language the portal is displayed in.
Both are yours alone. Changing them does not affect anyone else on your team.
Home
Home is where you land after signing in. In the sidebar it sits inside the Home section as Overview. The screen is titled QortexOS Pulse, with the subtitle "Your daily read on the health of the business."
At the top is a hero panel labeled Platform Intelligence. Below it are five signal cards:
- Cash position
- Profitability
- Revenue
- Capacity
- Client health
The hero reads "Your composite score appears here once your data sources are connected." and each of the five cards reads Awaiting data. To confirm that data is flowing, use Connector Health under Data Platform rather than this screen.
