Supported Systems
The systems you can select in Connector Setup, grouped by the categories the provider picker uses.
The provider picker on the first step of Connector Setup, headed Choose a provider, offers 19 systems. They are grouped by category, and both the groups and the systems inside them are listed alphabetically on screen.
You do not choose a category yourself. QortexOS derives it from the system you pick, and the category is what later appears as Type in the filters and on the details panel of Connector Health.

Reading the categories
The picker uses short category labels. In full, they are:
- PSA: professional services automation, the system your service desk runs on.
- RMM: remote monitoring and management, the system that watches endpoints.
- Accounting: your general ledger and billing system.
- CRM: customer relationship management, your sales pipeline.
- HR: your people system of record.
- CSAT: customer satisfaction, the surveys your clients answer.
Two QuickBooks entries
The Accounting group lists QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online separately. They are different products, so they are separate entries in the picker and separate connectors if you use both. Pick the one that matches the product your finance team actually uses.
QuickBooks is the desktop product. It connects through the QuickBooks Web Connector, which the platform provisions for you, and that path is available where the platform runs the service. Elsewhere, its Authentication step reads "QuickBooks Desktop connects through the platform Web Connector. This setup path is being finished and will be available shortly." See QuickBooks Desktop.
One system, more than one connector
Nothing stops you from creating several connectors for the same system. If you run two PSA instances, or a separate accounting file per entity, create a connector for each. QortexOS names each connector for you, from the system and the moment it was created, so the two show up as separate rows in the Connector column on Connector Health.
