- QortexOS enters public alpha: a multi-tenant MSP intelligence platform with a full portal, nineteen data connector providers, financial and operational intelligence surfaces, and English plus German throughout.
- Data connectors can now be set up in the product: choose any of the 19 supported providers, enter credentials or approve access with the vendor, and get an immediate connection test result.
- Connector syncs now run on a schedule and record durable outcomes, so connection health and last-sync status shown in the console reflect what actually happened.
- Historical backfill can now be launched from the product: pick connectors and data areas, and the run imports history in resumable chunks with visible progress.
- Connector platform: a guided five-step setup wizard that tests the connection before saving, an operational console with sync controls, a connector intelligence view with health trends, and a data-quality quarantine workbench.
- Financial intelligence: Runway Planner for 24-month scenario cash planning, Payment Terms Optimizer for early-pay discount decisions, and Strategy Pulse for portfolio momentum and corrective actions.
- Contracts: Template Vault for governed contract templates with versioning and approval, and Drafting Studio for clause-level review with guardrail policies.
- Client retention and benchmarking: At-Risk Signals ranks accounts by churn risk with supporting evidence, and Profitability Benchmark shows your percentile position against privacy-protected peer cohorts.
- Vendor intelligence: License Utilization Lens surfaces license waste and overlapping tools with actionable findings.
- Administration: account preferences, tenant configuration, department setup, subscription management and GDPR compliance views, with invitation-based user onboarding and role management.
- Billing runs on Stripe with graduated multi-currency plans and a hosted billing portal for payment changes.
- The full product is available in English and German, including navigation, screens and emails.
- Access is enforced at four layers, from database row-level security up to the screen, and every tenant's data is isolated end to end.
- Alpha ships a first wave of screens; the remaining registered screens are hidden and arrive in later releases.
- A few surfaces preview their intended experience on clearly marked illustrative data while their live data feeds are completed.
