QortexOS v0.15.0-beta

Released

Added
  • POR import validation now flags, without blocking the import, each active account whose plan differs by more than 50% from the prior year's actuals, or that has no prior-year actual in the months both years have, when a LOCKED budget of the year before exists. A negative amount on a revenue account now shows under its own check name.
  • The bell in the portal's header now shows how many notifications you have not read and opens a panel of your latest ones, where you can open them, mark them read and dismiss those that allow it, and Help opens the contact page in a new tab.
  • The Connector Console's activity feed now shows when a connector needs attention, for example when QuickBooks Desktop stops polling or syncs keep failing, and when that attention clears.
Changed
  • Obligations read from a newly uploaded document now follow the contract's own dates, unless the contract is a draft or in negotiation.
Improved
  • Budget variances detected in the app now show the automated controllability classification, its confidence and its reason; a reviewer's decision is never overwritten.
Fixed
  • On the Hiring Pipeline Console, a cancelled requisition now shows Cancelled, and an expired one Expired, even when it has applications or filled positions.
  • When your session can no longer be read, you now see the sign-in page with its signed-out notice and can sign in again, instead of an error page until the session expires.
  • The published peer baseline now measures average revenue per user per active client, not per contract, from the first benchmark month published after this update; earlier months keep their figures.
  • When no forecasting model made the cash forecast, the cash runway planner shows Not available for the model version and the cash-out risk date and names only the forecast date at its top, the payment-terms optimizer shows Not available for the cash-out risk date, and both leave out the forecast's rating, risk level and cash position.
  • When no forecasting model is in use, the Runway Planner and the Payment Terms Optimizer now show the cash forecast's accuracy as Not available instead of another model's score, and its intelligence narrative calls it a baseline estimate; the Runway Planner shows its MAPE as Not available too. When the model in use has no measured accuracy of its own, the forecast's accuracy and MAPE also show as Not available, instead of the platform's evaluation.
